Your best first step today Prevent loneliness proactively by scheduling one concrete point of contact this week with a specific person, even if it is brief.

  4. 4Day 4 — Follow through even if the contact is shorter or less polished than ideal.
  5. 5Day 5 — Notice which forms of contact feel nourishing rather than performative.
  6. 6Day 6 — Reduce one obvious isolation default today, such as another passive evening online.

Why I built LifeTrajectory

I’m Andreas Holzhäuser, founder of LifeTrajectory, a self-taught product builder and father of four. One question is deeply personal to me: What can I do today to remain physically capable, mentally alert, and present for my family for as long as possible?

I hope to live long enough to see my great-grandchildren grow up. That ambition led me to build LifeTrajectory: not as a medical promise, but as a transparent educational tool that turns longevity research into understandable next steps.
